Roxane is a senior associate in our Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Department of AM Group in Geneva. She represents clients in all type of contractual and commercial disputes and represents both companies and individuals before state courts (civil and criminal) and before arbitral tribunals. Her expertise includes namely contractual, corporate, and banking law as well as white collar crime.
Roxane obtained in 2013 a Bachelor of Law from the University of Geneva, after having spent a year at the University of Zurich. In 2015, she studied at the Universities of Geneva and Basel where she received a Bilingual Master in Business Law. She was admitted to the Geneva bar in May 2017.
Roxane is currently drafting a PhD in the fields of corporate law and arbitration under the supervision of the Prof. Christoph Müller at the University of Neuchâtel.

Giovanni Petrucio is a senior associate in AM Group Schwiez AG's Corporate/M&A team. His work focuses on contract, commercial, and corporate law as well as employee participation schemes and incentive agreements, and he specializes in private national and international mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
Giovanni publishes regularly in his areas of practice. In particular, he engages with the latest rulings on general contract, sales, and corporate law, and comments on Swiss Federal Supreme Court decisions in these areas. Also, since 2022 he has been a lecturer in drafting contracts at the Swiss Distance University of Applied Sciences (FFHS).
Born in 1988, Giovanni studied law at the University of Bern, Switzerland (BLaw 2013; MLaw 2014, with an additional specialization in private law) and the University of Chicago Law School, Illinois, USA (LL.M. 2021). Moreover, he earned his Ph.D. in tort law from the University of Freiburg, Switzerland (Dr. iur. 2021), for which he was awarded the "Professor Walther Hug Prize for Ph.D. 2020/21" and the "Prix d'Excellence 2022" of the Swiss Association for Tort Law and Insurance Law. Dario was admitted to the Bern bar in 2017. He is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice throughout Switzerland.

Victor Fayle is a senior associate in Walder Wyss’s Corporate/M&A-team. He specializes in private M&A- and private equity-transactions. Another focus of his practice is venture capital, advising startups and investors in connection with financing rounds and general contract and corporate law matters. Victor publishes in his areas of practice and is a lecturer at a university of applied sciences in Switzerland.
Victor studied law at the University of Bern, Switzerland (MLaw 2012) and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LL.M. 2021). Before joining Walder Wyss in 2017, Michael worked in an international IT-company, as a trainee in a leading law firm in Zurich and as a law clerk at the Commercial Court of Bern. Melinda Vettiger is an associate in the Corporate/M&A team. Her preferred areas of practice include contract law, corporate and commercial law as well as mergers & acquisitions. She also advises startups with regard to the implementation and financing of their business ideas.
Melinda Vettiger was educated at the University of St. Gallen and Université de Lausanne (M.A. HSG in Law, 2015). During her studies she worked as a research assistant at the chair of private law, (international) private and commercial law as well as comparative law at the University of St. Gallen. As a Fulbright Fellow, she complemented her education at the New York University School of Law, New York (LL.M. 2020). Before joining Walder Wyss, Alice Vorburger gained work experience as a law clerk at the district court See-Gaster in the Canton of St. Gallen as well as a trainee in a midsize law firm in Zurich.

Luc Franco is a partner in the Tax Team. He is advising in national and international corporate tax, with a special focus in the area of real estate financing, structured financing, capital market transactions, reorganisations, cross-border structuring and relocations. Moreover he has specialised in estate tax planning of non-listed groups and complex interstate tax matters.
Born in 1964, Luc was educated at the University of Berne (Attorney 1991) and graduated as certified tax expert (1996). He worked as a tax consultant of an international consulting firm, deputy head of the tax department of a major telecom firm and as a tax partner of a Zurich law firm. Stephen Toller is an associate in the Corporate/Tax Team of AM Group Schwiez AG.
He joined AM Group in 2014 as a member of the Department of Professional Practice (DPP), where he solves complex reporting and accounting questions relating to the Swiss Code of Obligations and Swiss GAAP FER.
Since 2012, Stephen Toller has been Professor for Auditing and Internal Control at the University of Zurich, where his research focuses on the value of audit, industrial economics in the sector and what quality means to the audit profession. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of FER.
